These Referral Terms & Conditions govern participation in the ApnaTaste Referral Program. By sharing or using a referral code, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
- Only registered ApnaTaste users are eligible to participate.
- User must have a verified mobile number or email.
- ApnaTaste may block users found violating these terms.
2. Referral Process
- Each user receives a unique referral code by default.
- The referred user must sign up using the referral code or referral link.
- The referral becomes valid only after the referred user places their first successful order.
3. Referral Rewards
- Referral rewards are credited to the ApnaTaste Wallet.
- Reward amounts may vary and are subject to change.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Reward Status
- Referral rewards may initially show as Pending.
- Once conditions are met, rewards will be marked as Earned.
- Fraudulent or invalid referrals will be cancelled.
5. Wallet Usage
- Wallet balance can only be used on ApnaTaste orders.
- Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
- Wallet credits may have expiry limits.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts.
- Self-referrals using multiple devices or accounts.
- Any attempt to exploit or misuse the referral system.
ApnaTaste reserves the right to cancel rewards or permanently suspend accounts involved in misuse.
7. Program Changes
ApnaTaste reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
8. No Guaranteed Earnings
Participation in the referral program does not guarantee any earnings or rewards.
9. Limitation of Liability
ApnaTaste shall not be liable for any losses arising from participation in the referral program.
